USA/CANADA ORDERS

To make ordering easy for you, we offer 1-3 day USPS Priority Mail OR Overnight shipping within the USA with a tracking code. Please note that it can also take 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order. If you have an arrival deadline, please email us at avi@wildmantle.com so we can do our best to help make it happen! :) 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We love having an international community! Depending on your country's mail system, international orders can take 30-45 days. If an order is caught in customs for more than 45 days, please let us know so we can look into it and take additional steps to make sure you receive your package. Please note that international customers are responsible for any fees that may be charged by their specific country; this may include duties, taxes, and shipping fees. Orders that are returned to us as unclaimed or due to the customer's refusal to pay extra fees cannot be fully refunded.  We can not take returns on international orders. This is a customs and duties issue that our business is just too small to handle at this time. 

Returns

We want you to love your mantle as much as we loved making it for you. Please note that international, discounted orders, and made-to-order items are final sale.

DOMESTIC RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. If you changed your mind: Any full priced Wild Mantle product sold in the U.S. and Canada can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (With the exception of orders placed in December for Christmas/Hanukkah, which are eligible for returns through December 30)

  • If you need to make a return, you MUST email us ahead of time (within the 14 days) at avi@wildmantle.com and we will give you an address to send the unused product. 
  • If you ship your item back to us without return authorization, it will either be returned to sender OR charged a restocking fee.
  • The product must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging and show no signs of wear. 
  • You are responsible for getting the product to us, so we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
  • Once your return arrives to our studio, we will refund your original form of payment less any original shipping cost or restocking fees. 

2. If you think there is a defect with your mantle: We carefully inspect each product before it is shipped out. However, if you feel something fell through the cracks and you received a damaged or defective product, we're so sorry! Please email us at avi@wildmantle.com so we can mail you a complimentary return shipping label and make things right.
